The Blue Dot Network Executive Consultation Group met at the OECD in Paris to help set the priorities for the global roll-out of the Blue Dot Network, identify enabling factors for successful adoption, particularly in developing and emerging economies,
Following opening remarks by Whitney Baird, President and CEO of the US Council for International Business (USCIB), the ECG discussed priorities for the global roll-out of the certification framework in the coming months, identified enabling factors for successful adoption, particularly in developing and emerging economies, and helped to define the role of technology in the implementation of the certification.
The Executive Consultation Group (ECG) is a community of over 200 business, civil society and trade union leaders who have supported the development of the Blue Dot Network. The meeting was the occasion to discuss strategies for the global take-up of the Blue Dot Network.
